1. Eligibility
This wholesale checkout is available to registered businesses only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make purchases on behalf of a business entity.
2. Minimum Order Requirements
A minimum order value of $ 200 is required for wholesale purchases. Orders below this threshold may not be accepted .
3. Pricing
All prices listed are in CADor USD and exclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at checkout unless a credit agreement is in place. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal & e-transfer .
For approved accounts with payment terms, invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a fee of [1.5%] per month on the outstanding balance.
5. Shipping & Delivery

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia or Alberta , and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta , Canada.
